Client contact. It can be equal parts exciting and scary. Our philosophy is to introduce our Graduates, Co-operatives and Vacationers to clients from the start. It’s great for your confidence and growth. And it’s much more interesting than sitting in the background churning out reports. Of course, we’ll give you all the guidance you need to blow their socks off.
Giving back to the community

At SW, giving back is part of our culture. Our people actively take part in volunteer initiatives and community projects throughout the year. We celebrate these efforts by sharing photos and stories from our volunteer days, so everyone can see the difference we’re making together. For our people, this also means opportunities to connect with colleagues, learn new skills, and contribute to causes that matter. And when the timing is right, you may even want to join one of our organized volunteer events.

Get active!
Outside of the office, maintain your physical wellbeing with our sports team and focus on staying active
A great way to meet other people across the firm as well stay active during your day is to join one of our sports teams, put on your trainers for our Lunch Running Club or get involved in our Physical Wellbeing challenges.
With teamwork and a competitive spirit, our Melbourne Netball and Futsal teams won their 2023 Grand Finals.
Time for fun
Our Social Clubs hold trivia nights, an annual Social Ball and there are plenty of opportunities to chat and laugh with your co-workers outside the office
